Strip 039

- I think I came up with this one when we were trying to find our way to the venue for our Church Away Day a couple of weeks previously.
- The markings on the back of the car are a long string of in-jokes: the make (Flanders) and model (Esperance - french for 'hope') refer to YBC's missionary and the title of the French-language radio programme which he produces primarily for broadcast in french-speaking Africa. As for the registration plate, 'GB' stands for 'Grace Baptist' and 'YBC', of course, for 'Yateley Baptist Church', while the number 57 is a long-running in-joke in my creative output.
