Not to be interpreted too literally, of course.
I think this one holds the distinction of being the only episode where the name of a real-life person is mentioned in the title or body text.

After many weeks on coffee-rota duty, I have developed the following theory: in between being filled and distributed, and being collected back in and washed, the mugs do in fact go forth and multiply, meaning that you end up washing far more of them than you filled in the first place.

Alright, so it wasn't something quite as trivial as the colour of the paper towels, but I have had to endure Church Members' Meetings where small things were debated ad nauseam, and I now fill with dread almost reflexively when a Members' Meeting is announced.  If you've read many Grace and Caffeine episodes, you'll probably notice that this is one of the recurring themes of the series.
On a more fictional note: I think Jake's question could be taken as implying that he's been a Christian (or at least a church member) for a relatively short time, although I didn't make this idea a definite factor in my writing.
